These links will help you navigate your way around the Web Works spreadsheet and solve any problems that you may have with the solution.
Open file
Add/Edit/Delete Data

Protect the data and sheets
Open file
1. In Microsoft Excel click the office button in the top left hand corner.
2. Click open.
3. Locate the folder where the Web works file was saved and click open.
Add Data
1. Double click the cell in which you want the Data to be in.
2. Enter the data.
Edit Data
1. Double click the Cell in which you want to edit.
2. Enter the Information that needs to be changed.
3. Click enter to enter the data into the spreadsheet.
Delete Data
1. Double click on the cell you wish to delete data from.
2. Delete the Data needed, then press enter.
Print Sheet
1. In Microsoft Excel click the office button in the top left hand corner.
2. Click print.
3. Select the printer name, number of copies to be printed ect.
4. Press Ok.
Tip: Make sure in properties the orientation is set to what you need it to be set on (portrait or landscape).
Close
1. Ensure that the file has been saved.
2. Click the office button in the top left hand corner.
3. Click close.
Save for future use
1. Click the office button in the top left hand corner.
2. Click save.
Protect the data and sheets
1. To ensure that other users don't delete your information by mistake you should follow these steps.
2. In the Review menu, click protect sheet or protect workbook depending on which you want to protect.
3. You will be promted to either; save the workbook with a password or without one. This is your choice.
4. If you choose to use a password the you will be promt to retype the password and press Ok.
5. Save your work.
Tip: If you choose to use a password then make sure you store it in a safe place in case you cant remember it.
